It wouldn’t matter if you are an armature in the vaping world or you have some experience, it’s important to understand the various types of vape e-liquids. Most people are not aware of the various kinds as well as the facts on which one is best suitable for use. Although most people tend to choose the flavor that appeals to them, there are still other factors you need to consider when selecting a vaping e-liquid.
1) Check on the nicotine strength
It’s important to remember that there are different types of e-liquid drink flavors with varied nicotine strengths. The nicotine strength is measured in milligrams per millimeter (mg). For example, if there is 12 milligrams nicotine content in one milligram of the e-liquid then it will be referred to as 12mg liquid. If you choose to use the MTL (mouth-to-lung) device, then you can choose the nicotine level that you like. However, when it comes to the cloud based vape, you shouldn’t use liquids with nicotine levels of more than 6mg.
2) Look for reputable brands
There are a lot of companies that pride themselves in the sale of genuine e-cigs, e-liquids, and e-cig parts. It’s not advisable to settle for any company that brands itself as reputable although it might be offering competitive prices on the e-cig parts. Most reputable brands will always have a detailed description of the e-liquid composition which is not the case in the lower brands.
3) Don’t stick to one brand
There is no doubt that people love to stick to flavors that appeal to them but it’s important not to get addicted to a single flavor. If you are out shopping for the vaping e-liquid try and find out alternative flavors. Some brands will have flavors that have tastes similar to soft drinks. That said, If you are aware of the main ingredient, it should be hard to know how the e-liquid will taste. Trying out different brands enhances your vaping experience and mixing them up creates uncommon taste which also plays a part in your vaping experience
4) Know the VG/PG ratio
The vegetable glycerol (VG) and propylene glycerol (PG) plays a huge role when it comes to selecting e-liquids flavors. The liquids with high propylene glycerol content will have a harsh taste while those with high vegetable glycerol will have a muted taste. In most cases, the PG/VG combinations range from 30% VG to 70%PG or 50% VG to 50% VG. You should try out any of these combinations to determine the flavor that works best for you.
